Ingredients

1 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix well yogurt, parsley, chives, sugar, lemon peel and juice.
Add cabbage, sprouts and sunflower seeds; toss to mix well.
Makes 6 servings.
