Two Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/3 c. onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (7 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn (with liquid)
    8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Saute green peppers and onions in margarine. Combine with remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
