Mushroom Herb Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
4 Tbsp. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. heavy cream (sour cream)
Preparation

Wash mushrooms lightly.
Put in shallow casserole.
Add marjoram, salt and chives to butter.
Pour over mushrooms.
Mix chicken broth and cream.
Pour into casserole.
Cover and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Remove cover last 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
