Russian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags shredded potatoes
    3 medium onions, chopped
    butter
    no-fat sour cream (2 large containers)
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a deep glass casserole, layer potatoes, butter, onions, \"globs\" of sour cream, salt, pepper, potatoes, onions etc.
    For the top, seal the whole area with a heavy layer of sour cream, making sure there are no cracks in the sour cream.
    Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes until everything is \"bubbling\" and the edges of the top layer become slightly brown.
    Sprinkle top with paprika and serve hot.
