Moszetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. large noodles
1/4 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 stalks celery, chopped
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef in cooking oil and drain.
Then, cook green pepper, onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Add soup and seasonings.
Cook and drain noodles.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large baking dish (sprayed with Pam).
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
