Cheese-Pecan Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 lb. New York State sharp cheese, grated
    1 large onion, grated
    salt to taste
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix cheeses and onion by hand.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix again.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in parsley and nuts.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    May be frozen.
