Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 to 4 c. peaches
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into butter mixture, alternately with the milk.
Beat until smooth.
Spoon butter into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spoon mashed peaches (3 to 4 cups) over batter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
