Shirley Fromm'S Tangerine Marmalade(Double Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. tangerine juice
    2 c. lemon juice
    3 1/2 to 4 c. tangerine rind, cut into fine strips
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    24 c. sugar, divided in 2 batches of 12 c. each
    2 (6 oz.) bottles Certo pectin
Preparation
    You will need jelly jars, sterilized and hot.
