Dilly Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. green beans
2 qt. boiling water
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. crushed hot chilli peppers
1 tsp. dill seed
4 cloves garlic, whole
2 c. water
2 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil beans, water, and salt uncovered for 5 minutes.
Plunge into cold water and drain.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over beans.
Cool and cover.
Refrigerate.
