Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked white chicken, diced
2 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix together all but last two ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Top with grated cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
If desired, serve over chow mein noodles. If desired, use 10 fresh mushrooms and 2 tablespoons bell pepper.
