Micro-Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla until partially mixed.
    Mixture will be stiff.
    Put butter on top but do not mix.
    Microwave on High for two minutes or until milk feels warm on bottom of bowl.
    Stir vigorously until smooth. Mix in nuts. Pour into 8 x 4 x 3-inch dish.
    Chill 1 hour.
