Lucy'S Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 small box instant rice
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 1/2 lb. steak or ground beef
    1 lb. spaghetti or preferred pasta, cooked and set aside
    1 small onion, sliced and cut in half
Preparation
    Marinate steak,
    cut into bite size pieces, for as long as possible
    in
    enough
    Italian
    dressing
    to cover.\tPrepare spaghetti or
    preferred
    pasta;
    set
    aside.
    Saute
    meat with onion until meat is cooked through and onion is tender.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
    Additional dressing can be added if pasta is not fully coated with dressing from meat mixture.
    Serves 4 to 6.
