Broccoli Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 2/3 c. instant potato flakes
    4 c. diced chicken, cooked
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat broth, onion and frozen broccoli to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in potatoes until well blended; stir in remaining ingredients. Heat over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and cheese is melted. Makes 12 servings.
