Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Cream the cheese.
    Stir in pineapple (which has been well drained and blotted in paper towels).
    Add 1 cup pecans, onions, peppers and salt.
    Shape and chill overnight.
    Half an hour before serving, roll in the remaining nuts.
