Roasted Red Pepper Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light or cholesterol-free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. jarred roasted red peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, blend mayonnaise, red peppers and basil until smooth.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cover and chill. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
