Italian Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. onions, chopped finely
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cracker meal
3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. breading crumbs
3/4 c. finely ground walnut pieces
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 tsp. chili powder
salt to taste
3 1/2 c. eggs
Preparation

Combine cheese, onions, cracker meal, bread crumbs, walnuts, garlic salt, chili powder, salt and eggs.
Make into balls using scoop.
Deep fry at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until light brown. Place in sprayed pan.
Cover with sauce of equal amounts of catsup and jelly or jam.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
