German Streusel Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large or 2 small eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together with fork until crumbly.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
    Cream together remaining oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients into creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Beat until bubbles appear. Mixture should not be too stiff.
    Pour into two greased and floured cake tins.
    Sprinkle prepared streusel topping over batter.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Fresh plums, apples or peaches can be sliced and arranged on batter before adding the streusel topping.
