Pastry For Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
6 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Melt margarine and water.
Bring to a boil.
Turn off heat.
Add flour and salt.
Stir until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each addition.
Stir until smooth and shiny. Use a tablespoon of dough.
Form into desired shape.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Pastry is done when dough is dry inside.
Cool and fill with Eclair Filling.
