Chocolate Icing(Best Ever) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    When mixture comes to a boil, cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and set on cooling rack.
    Let cool until hand temperature on bottom of pan. Beat to spreading consistency.
    Yields enough icing for 2 or 3 layers.
