Marinated Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
6 strips bacon
sugar (as needed)
Preparation

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour.
Cut bacon into thirds.
Drain water chestnuts and roll in sugar.
Wrap each chestnut with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
(Turn after 15 minutes.)
Drain and serve warm.
