Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns or Ore-Ida O'Brien potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick melted butter or oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in a greased 10 x 13-inch pan. Topping is two cups crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter or oleo.
    Mix together and put over top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
