Coffee Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo or Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Blend in flour.
Add liquid ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a tube pan.
