Spinach Tarta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 sm. cream cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 stick butter (margarine)
    garlic powder to taste
    1 egg lightly beaten - spread on top
Preparation
    Cook 3 pkgs. spinach - drain - add all other ingredients to the hot spinach except the third egg.
    Spread in large pan (use at least a 9 in. x 13 in.)
    Take the third egg and lightly beat, spread on top of mixture.
    Do not cover pan.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 - 45 minutes or until it is well set (firm to touch).
