Caribbean Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. or 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    pineapple juice and water to make 1 c.
    3/4 c. sliced bananas
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with juice and water.
    Cool until begins to thicken. Add all the other items.
    Mix and refrigerate until congealed.
    Add tablespoon mayonnaise or spread top with mayonnaise.
