Christmas Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 green peppers
    2 medium onions
Preparation
    Peel carrots.
    Cut diagonally.
    Cook for 20 minutes and set aside.
