Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 stick celery
    10 fennel seeds
    15 drops Tabasco
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except ground beef and oatmeal in blender.
    Blend well.
    Add blended ingredients to ground beef and oatmeal.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into meatballs.
    Either fry in a small amount of shortening or bake for 35 to 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Meatballs may be served plain or served in a spaghetti sauce.
    Makes about 30 one-inch meatballs.
