The Chicken Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley or salad herbs
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Saute chicken in butter until cooked through.
Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Save the pan juice.
Mix soup, sour cream and parsley and pour over chicken.
Crush Ritz crackers and add to pan juices, then sprinkle on top of chicken.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Take cover off and cook for 5 minutes.
