Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, deboned and cut up in bite size pieces
1/2 large onion, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. mixed frozen vegetables or 1 can vegetables, drained
1/2 c. English peas (optional)
1 small potato, diced and cooked
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in oleo.
In large mixing bowl, add soup to chicken broth.
Mix all ingredients well and pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole sprayed with Pam.
