Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. butter
    2 lb. onions, finely chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut meat in thin strips.
    Trim off fat.
    Brown meat in skillet with mushrooms in butter.
    Add onions.
    Combine soup, tomato paste and seasoning; add to meat mixture (cover).
    Simmer for 1 hour. When you go to serve, stir in sour cream.
    Serve with fluffy hot rice.
