Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn
1 can LeSueur peas
1 can French-style green beans
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
2/3 c. celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix together drained corn, peas and green beans.
Add onion, pepper, celery and mushrooms.
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cool completely.
Pour over vegetables and refrigerate.
