Rice Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold, cooked rice
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine rice, egg yolks, milk, butter and cheese in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg whites with salt in mixer bowl until stiff peaks form.
    Fold gently into rice mixture. Spoon into greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until set and brown.
