Ingredients

1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. skim milk
1 tsp. oil
2 egg whites
blueberries
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except egg whites and berries. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until peaks stand.
Fold eggs into mixture and add berries.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Pour batter by 1/4 cup into skillet.
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
