New Potatoes Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium new potatoes
16 slices crumbled bacon
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash and cube potatoes with skins on.
Cook in boiling water until just barely tender.
Remove from heat and drain.
In a 2-quart casserole place a layer of potatoes, half of the bacon, half of the cheese and half of the butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers.
Heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with parsley.
Serves 6 to 8.
