Herbed Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large unpeeled baking potato, cut into wedges
2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In bowl, combine first four ingredients.
Brush cut sides of wedges with oil, then dip in seasoning.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
