Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
    1 1/2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. California walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix beaten eggs and oil; add to dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Do not beat.
    Fold and blend gently.
    Bake in three layers for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
