Broiled Smoked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    pinch of ground cloves
    4 fully cooked smoked pork chops
Preparation
    Place pork chops (about 24 ounces) on rack in roasting pan. Combine other ingredients.
    Brush pork chops with mustard mixture. Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
