Grandma Cline'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, cooked, but still crunchy, and cubed
celery, diced
1 large onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
celery seed
salt and pepper
3 heaping Tbsp. Miracle Whip
3 heaping tsp. mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 (1/2 pt.) cream
cauliflower
broccoli
2 eggs
1 c. salad dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box stuffing mix
1 small onion, minced
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, eggs, celery seed and salt and pepper; set aside.
Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, vinegar and cream.
Pour over potatoes, onions, etc.
Chill cauliflower and broccoli, then cook and drain.
Mix eggs, salad dressing, cream of mushroom soup, stuffing mix and small onion.
Melt margarine and pour in casserole.
Add broccoli and cauliflower.
Pour over other ingredients.
Add grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
