Chocolate Oat Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. soft butter
    14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    16 oz. semi-sweet morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass).
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
    Set 1/2 cup aside and press the rest firmly down and bake 10 minutes.
    Pour milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate morsels on and press down and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
