Mexican Chocolate Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. powdered instant coffee
    2 tsp. granulated brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    In 1-quart measure, combine 1/2 cup water with all ingredients except milk.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring once.
    Add milk to measure; stir to combine.
    With vented cover, microwave on High for 3 minutes until heated through.
    Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings.
    May use whole milk if preferred.
