Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 c. chopped chicken
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 can English peas, drained
1/2 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix soup and broth in casserole dish.
Add chicken, eggs and vegetables with salt and pepper; set aside.
Mix milk, butter and flour well.
Do not beat.
(Batter will be lumpy.)
Pour batter over chicken mixture.
Do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
