Potato Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, grated
1 large potato, grated
1 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Preparation

Mix onion and potato. Add salt and hamburger.
Mix well. Shape into patties.
Brown on one side in skillet.
Turn.
Pour tomato juice over patties. Cover and cook 35 to 40 minutes on low heat.
Can be fixed on grill, leaving tomato juice off.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
