Stir-Fry Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut up
    1 large bag frozen vegetables (Oriental stir-fry or broccoli and carrots)
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In wok or large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add frozen vegetables with 1 tablespoon garlic salt and stir frequently until cooked.
    Remove from wok or pan.
    Add remaining oil, boneless chicken, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Stir frequently until cooked.
    Add cream of mushroom soup with half can of water.
    Stir well, then add into cooked chicken.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over white rice.
