Shrimp Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    3/4 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. Kraft fat free cream cheese
    1/2 c. Weight Watchers fat free Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    4 c. cooked and drained fettucini
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In food processor combine first 5 ingredients.
    Transfer to saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth and warm.
    Add shrimp, salt and pepper; stir and simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve over fettucini.
    Makes 4 servings., 474 calories, 3.4 g fat.
