Florida Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
3/4 c. pecan halves
whipped cream
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour filling into the pie crust. Top with pecan halves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Makes one 9-inch pie.
