Sausage And Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Mrs. Dash
    chives
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 1-inch lengths and brown in an iron skillet. When completely brown, drain off excess fat.
    Add beans, onions, bell pepper, Mrs. Dash and chives.
    Rinse bean cans with a little water and add to beans.
    Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer about 1 hour.
    Stir often.
    If mixture begins to stick, add a little more water.
