Rolled Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large round steak, boned and cubed
meat tenderizer
salt and pepper or seasoned salt
1 large onion, sliced or chopped
8 slices uncooked bacon
Preparation

Sprinkle tenderizer and seasonings on the meat.
Lay bacon and onions on the steak.
Roll steak jelly roll style and place skewers in several places to hold all together.
Brown steak. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 until fork-tender.
Thicken juices over meat, not all juice or as thick as gravy.
Served best with baked potato.
