Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. flour
pinch each of soda and salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Blend shortening and sugar in bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
Stir in combined dry ingredients.
Add sour cream and flavoring, mixing well.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
Do not open door during.
