Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. evaporated milk
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, sugar and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and then add to egg batter.
    (Batter needs to be mixed until smooth.)
    Heat skillet to 375\u00b0 and pour batter into funnel.
    Swirl batter from funnel into skillet.
    Fry on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry on the other side.
    Remove from skillet and sprinkle powdered sugar on both sides of cakes.
    Makes about 30 cakes.
