Potato And Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/8 tsp. rubbed sage
    2 eggs
    6 medium Irish potatoes
Preparation
    Mix hamburger meat, salt, pepper, sage and eggs thoroughly. Roll into meat balls and fry in deep fat until golden brown. Remove from grease and place in large pan.
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Boil in salt water until about half done.
    Remove from heat and place potatoes between meat balls.
    Take water in which potatoes were cooked and part of fat in which meat balls were fried.
    Pour over meat balls and potatoes.
    Place in oven and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown. Remove from oven and serve.
