Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Chop nuts.
    Melt butter, let cool.
    Add fruit, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Beat eggs and mix all together.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie crust.
    Set on a cookie sheet and bake 40 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven. Let cool before cutting.
